Warnborough College was founded in Oxford in 1973. From its very beginning as a small, independent college for adult education, Warnborough College has been committed to academic quality based on itsOxford roots. It is accredited and a recognised well-established academic institution.

Our first site, Chaucer College, is an award-winning purpose-built college on the University of Kent campus in Canterbury, welcoming Japanese university students. Our second site, Kingsgate (nearBroadstairs), is a refurbished Victorian building set in its own grounds, catering for Japanese high school students. Both colleges offer facilities for meetings, conferences and group accommodation, with classrooms, lecture rooms of various sizes and excellent IT backup.

Dance College Whitstable continues the ethos of the Deborah Capon College, providing a much needed opportunity for vocational courses in both theatre and teacher training, with a focus on theindividual student. Students come from not only the local community and around Kent but also all parts of the UK and abroad to study for their qualifying examinations.

In 2001 The Association of British Dispensing Opticians (ABDO) established their own College, ABDO College, as a centre of excellence raising the standards in optical education for the wholeprofession. Offering a range of courses through Access, Diploma, Degree, Advanced and Honours, ABDO College provide members of the Association with quality programmes leading to ABDO examinations. ABDO College specialises in the provision of blended and distance learning education for the optical profession.

Centre Manager Olga Preston has been a qualified teacher for 15 Years and has for the last five years run a successful tutor centre in Southend on Sea, helping many students to gain a higher level atGCSE then their predicted grades. In addition, 90% of eleven-plus students who started tutoring in Year Four gained a place at a Southend grammar school.

Cadets throughout their time in cadets can achieve many scholarships and certifications in flying, gliding BTEC Level 2, First Diploma and GCSE equivalents in Uniformed Services. We provide pathwaysfor other courses such as the Duke of Edinburgh Award and university scholarships.

Lottie Schulze attended the Holocaust Memorial Day activity at the People's History Museum in Manchester on Monday. The English Department at Pent Valley honoured Shakespeare week in dramatic fashionlast week. After a series of events during lessons, the team put on a free play in the school hall to mark the occasion for the students.
