Following a number of deaths in disused quarries in Northern Ireland in the past number of years the Department of the Environment, led by the Environment Minister, has launched an educational awareness campaign aimed at teenagers and young adults to highlight the serious risks involved in swimming in disused quarries and open water.
If you attended the College's Post 16 information evening on Wednesday 22 April please ensure that you return your option choice sheets as soon as possible. If you have any queries please contact Mrs Anne Bullock, Head of Post 16. All applicants will be required to attend interview in August after the GCSE results are published.
